Everyone was very nice from the time I walked into the building. I was greeted with warm and friendly smiles from both of the front office staff which truly put me at ease because I was in pain so I was very nervous. A patients first encounter with the office can determine how well the rest of the visit goes; I keep this in mind when I see patients at my office. Dr. Vajra Bentur and her assistant were also very friendly which really help to calm my anxiety, I really appreciated that Dr. Bentur listened to me and took into account that I was in pain and that I have extremely sensitive gums. She told me to let her know if I am experiencing any pain at all. She was patient with me and she did not rush through the procedure which allowed my gums to become completly numb so I did not experience any pain at all, this impressed upon me her care, concern, and empathy for her patients. Listening to a patients concerns and taking those concerns under consideration shows your character as a health care professional. My overall experience at Professional Endodontics was wonderful and I would highly recommend this office to anyone I knew that needs dental care. Donna A.

Best service hands down they really care about their patients and are very understanding regarding finances. The Dentist and her assistant were so good at trying to figure out options that financially would be best for me and they also were so gentle with my procedure I would highly recommend them. From the receptionist to the procedure I had excellent service 💯

From the front desk to to Dr.Toma and his assistants. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with. Dr. Toma explained everything he was going to do with my root canal and was checking on me during the procedure asking how I was doing. Called me the next day to see how I was feeling. Would definitely recommend Professional Endodontics

From the phone call to make my appointment, to the end of the root canal, If I could give 10 stars, I would! The kindest, most compassionate group of people that I've ever dealt with. The doctor explained the entire procedure, and kept checking on me throughout. Not that anyone loves dental work, but I am so grateful for being referred to Professional Endodontics!! Thank you all for taking such good care of me!

Nothing is exciting about having a root canal, especially someone like me who can’t stay numb for longer than 10 minutes. It’s nice to know a practice like this exists. This is my second procedure with Dr. Bentar and Susie. They are so attentive, caring and explain every step of the process. Dr. Bentar is so detailed oriented, really ensuring the best possible outcome for her patients. And she gives you her home number after your procedure in case discomfort arises later in the day. Who does that anymore? And I can’t rave enough about their support team. They do the heavy lifting with your insurance and call you the next day to make sure you’re feeling better and aren’t having any complications. You know you’re in excellent hands at Professional Endodontics.
